Maintenance Technician Needed ASAP

We are looking for more than one maintenance tech to begin ASAP. Over 30 properties need regular maintenance. Looking for someone who is skilled in basic trades such as; Drywall repair/Ceiling repair Painting Misc. plumbing repair (clogged toilets/backed up drains) Light tree trimming Appliance pick up and drop off (only once in a while if delivery is not available by store) Total make-ready when tenants move out BASIC AC repair (usually clogged drain lines) Basic pest control Currently we have a home that needs wood floors refinished, wall taken down inside, kitchen gut (will need to know how to install cabinets PROPERLY), bathroom gut (WILL need to know how to install vanity and toilet), Window replacement. Need someone with a TRUCK and own basic tools. Any tools or materials needed will be paid for in advance by company. Needs to know how to COMMUNICATE. Before and after photos sent. Start and finish times sent to manager EVERY DAY. NEEDS to WANT to work and work in a timely manner. This job is for someone who can be trusted and is reliable. Manager will NOT oversee everyday work in person. Before and after photos are a must. Manager can show up to job site at any point. This is to see how someone will preform without constantly being babysat. Also most homes are occupied so we need to know that the person filling this position can take direction and execute completed work properly. Appearance must be clean as well. It goes without saying no smoking at properties, no cursing, pretty much no communicating with the tenants. That is what the manager is for. You will be there to fix whatever is needed and report to the manager. We also rely on reports about the property. For example if there is a trampoline outside or significant damage inside (punch holes etc) and roaches...ETC. The maintenance techs job is to report back to the office regarding the overall condition the tenant is keeping the home. Will also be doing move in and move out inspections. Pay is weekly. Min pay is $18/hr and goes up to $26/hr depending on experience.
