(Signing bonus paid out after 90 days of favorable employment) Very caring and supportive property management company currently looking for a multi-property maintenance position in King & Snohomish Counties. Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid Washington driver's license, registration, and insurance. Requirements of the position: • Reliable • Willingness to travel between our Puget Sound locations Knowledge & Skills: • Successful in a team environment • Take-charge mentality, yet able to follow directions • Building / construction repair experience • Safe operation of various electrical and hand tools Essential Job Functions: • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperature and weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow • Ability to work closely with a diverse customer population • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English • Navigating multiple surfaces: indoors and outdoors; carpet, tile, linoleum, cement, pavement, dirt - surfaces may be uneven, hot, icy, snowy • Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required • Bending, pulling, stooping, reaching, grasping, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and above head work • Standing for extended periods of time • Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle within the limits of the law • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Washington driver's license, registration, and insurance.
