Creative journaling is not about how well you can draw; art journaling is simply a means to unclutter your thoughts. It is away to be creative with out the struggles of grammar or spelling but to put your thoughts down in a way you can understand. Cole Ian always struggled with journaling, she waned to put her thoughts down but the fear of someone reading it or because she did not have the grammar or spelling skills intimidated her, so she avoided it until she discovered that she did not have to write in words but in colors, pictures etc.. allowing her emotions to express in her own way without the worries of what to say or how to say it.
