If you are a professional groomer and you are interested in passing your expertise to the next generation, we’re looking for you! Harford Community College needs Dog Grooming Instructors to train our students for careers in pet grooming. This is a part-time position, and you don’t need prior teaching experience in order to qualify – only your experience as a professional groomer! We will provide you with training in our curriculum and standards to ensure that you will be fully prepared for your new teaching role. The Instructor position supports the Dog Grooming Program under the Continuing Education and Training division of Harford Community College. The instructor prepares students for work as a professional groomer through engaging lectures and interactive classroom grooming activities based on NDGAA standards.
