HELP WANTED: FULL TIME WAREHOUSE WORKER COMPANY DESCRIPTION We are an all-natural, family-owned grass-fed beef company with 15-years in the market. We raise, sell, and transport high-quality: grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and pastured chicken. JOB DESCRIPTION The Warehouse Team works together to receive, store, and ship fresh and frozen proteins (beef, pork, chicken). DUTIES include pulling and packing customer orders maintaining accurate inventory, cleaning the warehouse, will cross train with other jobs. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: flexible meticulous efficient highly responsible dependability regarding attendance, start time, and completion of work strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills ability to stand or walk 8 hours per day ability to lift up to 60 lbs. many times throughout the day ability to operate an electric forklift ability to drive a refrigerated box truck when needed ability to be self-directed when needed, but comfortable taking direction and asking questions proficiency in basic mathematical skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication proficiency with shipping software, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Positive attitude and a proactive approach to contributing to our collective success! Food, meat, or warehouse experience a PLUS! THE JOB INVOLVES: working in cold coolers repetitively lifting up to 60lbs. being able to be on your feet for long periods of time on cement floors We are committed to providing opportunities for all people in the workplace. The regular schedule for this position: Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday – Friday – Saturday – OFF Sunday – OFF *The first 2 weeks of your training schedule may differ from the schedule listed above and will include cross-training as we want our employees to understand (on a basic level) the entirety of our business. COMPENSATION This position is: hourly, varies DOE, $17.00-$19.00 We also offer great food benefits and an inspiring work environment.
