This project bids on 11/19/2021 and we are looking for Subs for the following trades: Demolition, Framing & Rough Carpentry, Glazing, Drywall, Insulation, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, Flooring, Fire Protection, Solar, Siding/Stucco, Roofing, Landscaping, Finish Carpentry & Finish Hardware. This contract is subject to Federal Labor standards, Cal. Labor Code including but not limited to Sec. 1771,1774,1775,1776,1777.5,1813 & 1815, compliance monitoring & enforcement by SHRA & the Dept. of Industrial Relations (DIR), affirmative action requirements, Section 3 Requirements of the Hud Act of 1968, the Davis-Bacon Act, and Minority & Women Owned Business Enterprise Standards. This is a Public Works project. Per Calif. State Labor Code Section1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract public work, as defined in this chapter, unless currently registered & qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is subject to compliance monitoring & enforcement by the Dep. of Ind. Rel. (DIR).
