It is designed for barbers who already have an understanding of how to perform fades and would like to perfect their skills with shears and speed. The class is designed around your ability to perfect your skillsets. It will include: • How to create the ‘perfect’ fade • Optimizing time • Body posture: preventing injuries • Shears ergonomics • Tools ergonomics • Using shears and blending lines • Perfect transitions/connections between sides and top using shears • Texturizing hair with shears • Introduction to diagrams • Hair sectioning • Blow drying and styling • Correct product selection • Never have an upset client again performing client consultation correctly • How to perform excellent customer service • Social media and photography tips & more. It has been designed for barbers with experience in the industry who want to boost their confidence using shears. It covers a wide array of skillsets including: • How to create shapes • How to adapt a haircut in accordance with the customer’s face • Understanding diagrams • Hair sectioning • Graduation (building weight) • Layers (removing weight) • Over direction • Shears ergonomics • Injury prevention through body posture • Blow drying and styling • Correct product selection • Never have an upset client again performing client consultation correctly • How to perform excellent customer service • Social media and photography tips & more.
