Found near Acacia x Oro Dam Blvd in Oroville. You will need to prove this is your dog. She's super cute. I want her to go back to her REAL home. Someone is broken-hearted. My guess is an older person. This is a very loved dog. She's clean and healthy, and looks very loved. I will scan her for a chip tomorrow at the NWSPCA, and will report her as "found" to authorities tomorrow. Meantime, if she's yours call or text me. She will recognize you if she is.
