STRONGSVILLE, OH — After a finishing the year at .500, the Strongsville High Mustangs have punched their ticket for the postseason. Sixteen teams in each region make the playoffs, under the Ohio High School Athletics Association (OHSAA) rules. The Tigers finished the season ranked No. 12 in their region. On Friday, the Mustangs will hit the road and head to Massillon Jackson's home turf for the first round of the football playoffs. Massillon Jackson finished the year with a record of 8-2. Lower divisions will play Saturday.
