EHS Speech, Debate Coach To Be Inducted Into MSHSL Hall Of Fame

EAGAN, MN — One of Eagan High School's Speech and Debate Team coaches will soon be inducted into the Minnesota State High School League Hall of Fame, the league said. Chris McDonald began coaching EHS Speech and Debate in 1988, MSHSL said. Since then, he has led many students to success at both state and national levels, according to the league. McDonald has additionally served the National Speech and Debate Association for 20 years in both leadership and ambassador roles and was inducted into NSDA's Hall of Fame in 2020, MSHSL said. McDonald also served on MSHSL's board of director's, the league said. The MSHSL Hall of Fame Induction Banquet will be April 24, 2022, the league said.
