Press release from the Tuscaloosa County School System: October 25, 2021 Pursuant to Section 16-8-1(b) of The Alabama Code (1975), the Tuscaloosa County Board of Education gives notice to the citizens of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, of its upcoming consideration of the attached Tuscaloosa County School Board Voting Districts Proposal 1 (first link below).  Pursuant to Section 16-8-1(b) of The Alabama Code (1975), the Tuscaloosa County Board of Education gives notice to the citizens of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, of its upcoming consideration of the attached Tuscaloosa County School Board Voting Districts Proposal 1 (first link below).  The public is invited to attend the meeting set for November 9, 2021, at 3 p.m. in the Board Room of the TCSS Central Office, located at 1118 Greensboro Avenue, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 35401, (205) 758-0411.  The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to view and comment upon the proposed redistricting plan of the Board, as fashioned by representatives of the West Alabama Regional Commission.
