Seeking Woman Who Adopted My Cat Gracie

I had to rehome my cat "Gracie" a year ago (August 2020). The woman who took her was very nice, and said she and her family rescue all kinds of animals. She promised to keep in touch and give me updates, but after a week or so, she never contacted me again. I lost her phone number, so I have no way to find her or contact her. Her email "name" was "tammazlie" and I believer her name was Tammy, but she always used the Craigslist email relay, which never showed her actual email address. I would love an update on Gracie, even if it's just to tell me that she passed away, since she was quite old. Not knowing what happened to her or how she's doing or if she's even still alive, has been torture for me. I hope that this woman might somehow see this post, if she still looks at Craigslist.
