Vocalist seeking experimental live band

I'm an independent artist and vocalist who primarily makes R&B/Pop music, but I'm looking to build (or join) a live band for a more experimental side project. However, I'm also highly inspired by soul bands like Hiatus Kaiyote, Alabama Shakes, and Vulfpeck. That being said, I'm open to exploring all genres. The most important thing to me is finding hard-working musicians/artists who are eager to create something eclectic and unique. Individuals in the 23 to 30 y/o range would be preferred, but if you're really interested and you don't fit that demographic, feel free to reach out anyway!
