Beautiful Rehoboth Beach guy and the conversation cut short

On July 10th, I went to Rehoboth Beach just to do it and went to Poodle Beach to feel comfortable not find anyone. In the water, I found the most beautiful guy in the whole city; he is tan, long hair, some facial hair, slender, and has several tattoos mostly religious. Due to social anxiety, I would usually not do anything, but I knew I had to, so I complimented him and we talked for about 10 minutes or so. Sadly, I had a Jeep Wrangler parked in the Park & Ride with the top down, and I was afraid of a storm coming before I got back, so I simply left him saying I'd hope our paths would cross again and if he's ever in Salisbury (where I was visiting from) to look me up (only yellow Jeep on my short street). All I got from him was his name and the wonderful memory of him; we didn't exchange numbers because phone numbers aren't easy to remember and I didn't want to drag him out of the water to write it down. I know it's been more than a month, but I've been thinking about this guy, Dustin, almost every day hoping he'll come down. I want to just keep hoping and nothing more, so I'll only post this on here in Dover (for a week without being flagged/removed) once but, if Dustin reads this or someone who knows him in Dover or Rehoboth, let him know I guess. Worth a shot. Hope this works, and if not, at least it was worth the shot.
