Great opportunity to join an amazing team! Alamon is currently hiring for Utility Pole crew members. Gain experience and grow your career in the electric utility field! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, on-the-job training provided! Pay starts at $15.00 per hour and is compensated with production-based pay where you can be rewarded for your hard work. Our best-producing inspectors have earned up to $22 per hour. This position permits overtime and we are seeking individuals who are willing to exceed production requirements. We are also offering a $250.00 sign on bonus! Year-round employment for those who are willing to travel. We cover the cost of your lodging and transportation when traveling. APPLY NOW AT -----------> JOB DUTIES: Work as part of a crew that performs inspections on wood utility poles. Take action to avoid potential hazards and obstructions. Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met. Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions and work orders Be safety conscious/understand follow company policies JOB QUALIFICATIONS: No experience required, training is available This job requires walking, hiking, digging, and lifting. Must be able to communicate in a professional and respectful manner.
