Want to tell you about the guy who's card this belongs to. GREAT talent. VERY nice. GREAT Kids. WORST reliability. Does not tell the truth. Does not finish--unless he feels like it and when he feels like it. But, he says it with a smile. Showed up hours late the first day. Said he was robbed. Asked for money up front (since he was robbed) Gave him a small advance (600). He was late the second day. Then he delayed the job all that day having text wars w/ his wife (per his statement) and just generalized time wasting. Then he told him he was leaving that day and would be back the next---6 a.m. sharp. 0430 in the morning--texted me he was on his way. By 10 a.m. he still wasn't there. I fired him. Then, he had the nerve to ask for money for the work he had done. This was despite the fact I was delayed by two days because of his behavior--which cost me an extra 400 for equipment rental. This was despite the fact that I made several trips to recover equipment/supplies that he had not preplanned. Then of course the time and effort to hire someone else. Gave him a check--trying to be fair--which he "lost" 30 minutes later and then asked me for another. Once I put the stop payment on the check I was hearing from him constantly for another payment. Once I payed the last payment, didnt hear from him again...no confirmation. But he was a nice guy. What good does that do the project in the absence of completion?? I would not hire him ever again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either. Feel free to call or email for more detail. I told him I was hardly done w/ my review(s).
