Small move within town

I have a small move within town - need 1 or 2 helpers who have a large truck or moving truck. The move has to happen this Thursday morning at 10AM (can not be later) Move includes: Large wooden table (legs will need removed) About 10-15 boxes of books, dishes, misc. 2 bookshelves Queen size bed and bedframe 3 coffee tables Several Chairs Exercise bike A few other small items only 3 or 4 stairs to a porch at the second location. Will need help moving the table to and bed to specific rooms but should be very quick in and out. The location is about 10 minutes away. Please let me know what the flat rate would be - thank you!
