Property Caretaker- Kansas City, KS Accessible Space is seeking a two (2) Full-time Property Caretakers for each of our buildings in Kansas City, KS (Location 1. Meadow Lark Lane & Location 2. North 77th street) to perform general upkeep and maintenance of our building. As Property Caretaker your duties will include but are not limited to; minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion, grounds maintenance, etc. Must be available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision with at least 1 year related work experience. ***** Each location has a two *2) bedroom unit available on-site for $300/month - although it is not required to live on site***** Accessible Space offers competitive salary with benefits including medical/dental, holiday pay (if worked), paid time off (PTO), wellness rebate, employee assistance program (EAP) and more!!
