At Casco Bay Insulation we recognize that our tight knit group of technicians are our greatest asset. Our technicians are focused on insulating, air sealing, and ventilating new high-performance buildings. We focus primarily on blown-in dense pack cellulose, and do not install closed cell spray foam or fiberglass insulation. Working on new construction means most of your time is spent upright instead of on your belly in the back of a dirt floor farmhouse crawl space. We rarely perform demolition work. Job Duties · Perform air sealing, install netting, cellulose, and air barriers · Operate insulation equipment and drive a box truck · Maintain all equipment and tools in good working condition · Work safely and respectfully with the other team members · Take pride in high quality craftsmanship · Occasional opportunities to assist with installation of ventilation systems Skills & Experience · Must have a valid driver’s license · Construction, insulation, and/or hand tool experience · Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills · Ability to work safely on job sites with other contractors · Able to work on ladders and scaffolding (rarely over 10ft) · Must be able to lift 50lbs We work Monday through Friday 7AM - 4:30PM.
