The Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram is looking for Independent Contractors for Early Morning Newspaper Delivery in the East Boothbay & Southport Island Areas. This route starts in Wiscasset and goes through the East Boothbay/Boothbay Harbor and Southport Island Areas. The route takes about 2.5 hours daily and 3.25 hours on Sunday with about 65 miles daily and 75 miles on Sundays. This route pays approx. $815 bi-weekly. The amount of pay is dependent on the number of papers delivered each day. Our Routes are 6 days a week (No Mondays) during the very early morning hours which gives you the ability to make extra money while still having a full or part-time day job. Papers are available around 130-2am each day with all deliveries needing to be made by 6am Tuesday-Saturday and 730am on Sunday. We offer 30/60/90 day sign-on bonuses totaling $600. The only requirements for this position are a Valid Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle and Vehicle Insurance. You must also be 18 to apply.
