Found backpack at Durham Bridge

I found a backpack full of fishing tackle at Durham Bridge a couple weeks ago. I can recognize the man who lost it, but don't know who he is. I brought it home afraid someone would steal it and have looked for him at the bridge ever since. If you know who lost it, please let me know!
