FULL TIME cleaning and apartment prep position for an apartment community in Trenton. Duties include but are not limited to: • Turning vacant units. Cleaning the unit, including walls, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, windows, blinds, etc. • Light electrical...Change out switches, plugs, and light fixtures. • Light plumbing... Change out sinks/faucets. • Pickup grounds daily. • Help clear snow from porches, sidewalks and parking lot. Job Requirements: • Must have own transportation • Must have valid drivers license • Must have own tools. Common hand tools like hammer, screwdrivers, pliers and drill • Must have a good attitude and the ability to listen to and follow instructions. Pay starting at $15.00/hour. 1 week paid vacation and paid holidays at one year of service. Signing Bonus will be paid after 30 days of work.
