We are hiring for the position of Fence Installer. This is a manual, in-field position installing all types of fence. We are located 20 minutes from Downtown Louisville off of exit 18 on I-71. JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES -Fence Installers report to Job Foreman(s) and PFC Management -Fence Installers will be installing all types of fencing -Digging of fence post holes and setting posts -Install chain link, ornamental, wood, and PVC fence -Install gates -Installation of temporary panels -Drive company trucks and trailers (Employees are required to obtain a Class A CDL; not a prerequisite) -Loading and unloading trucks -Shop and equipment maintenance QUALITIES OF EMPLOYEES -Work safely -Work in team environment -Quick learner NATURE OF WORK -This job requires overtime (+40 hours/week) paying time+1/2 for overtime hours -Monday – Friday work week (occasional weekend/evening for special events) -Work day starts at 7AM REQUIREMENTS OF ALL EMPLOYEES -Pass Drug Tests -Clean Criminal Record (PFC performs work at government centers and schools requiring employees to pass criminal background checks.) -Good Driving Record -Employees are required to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (not a prerequisite) -Must be able to lift objects over 85 pounds -Fluent in English COMPENSATION -Payment Based on Experience -Overtime Pay -Retirement Plan With Employer Matching -Medical Insurance (Paid by PFC after 1 year service) -Vision Insurance -Paid Vacation Professional Fence Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
