Job description SBM Management is looking for a Floor Tech to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! We are looking for someone who can perform assigned floor care functions based on standards and procedures, performs environmental services as needed, and performs floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing, and other contractual duties according to regulations. Responsibilities -Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behaviors in others and self. -Work with other employees in a team to complete assignments. -Maintain clean work area. -Fill in during staff shortages, such as in custodial, recycle, or maintenance. -Support shift lead in completing punch-list items. -Use proper personal protective equipment that is required for assigned tasks. -Understands customer service and satisfaction. -Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, and brick flooring -Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
