Looking for someone for lawn care AND replace bathroom tiles

My friends’ mom needs her front and back yard mowed. If you do a good job, she might pay you extra to cut down some dead brush/leaves on the side of the house (accessible by a ladder). (Picture attached) Also, she need someone to replace the bathroom tiles over her tub, maybe some molding too. She has the tiles in a bag. The last contractor did not finish putting them up.
