My name is Shaquita I am the Owner and CEO of Onyx Phyre Fitness. I am an experienced and active MMA fighter and Elite Coach.  I specialize in training adults (male and female) and youth (ages 8-17) in all aspects of fitness and mixed martial arts training. I train in the Long Beach and Lakewood, CA areas at local parks & my private gym in Lakewood. 🤜🏾TRAINING STYLE🥊: My sessions although intense and fast-paced are fun and boost trainee's confidence levels exponentially when training consistently. You'll not only have fun learning proper self-defense maneuvers and MMA techniques, but you will also gain effective accuracy performing my various conditioning and striking drills. My training style includes cardio and strength conditioning drills assimilated by use of mittology to hone accuracy and reaction times; weight lifting and plyometric calesthenics that increases your explosive power for both striking and speed; and ladder drills to tighten up overall balance, rhythm, quickness and coordination. Your $600.00 membership fee includes unlimited access to my group boxing/MMA courses 6 days a week and three (3) 1 on 1 private sessions weekly.
