TRICK or TREAT at the DONORA PUBLIC LIBRARY Celebrate Halloween at the Donora Public Library. Trick or Treating will be held on the library's main floor prior to the start of Donora Halloween Parade, Thursday, Oct. 28. Line up for the parade begins at 5:00 at the corner of 3rd and Meldon, a quick broomstick ride from the library. Children ages 0-16 are welcome to stop by for a spooky start to the parade. Kids will receive a goodie bag stuffed with treats and a free boo-ook.
