My roommate found a small (10-15lb) blonde/yellow/white dog last night. She has a tag with the name Abby. The number on the tag "cannot receive calls". If this is your dog, please describe the collar she is wearing and tell us the phone number on the tag. We're keeping her safe/comfy with some supplies I have leftover from dog sitting, but we very much want to return her!
