Pet Male rat with supplies

I need to rehome my 6 month old pet male rat. He comes with all items needed to take care of him. A three story cage, toys, water bottles, food, a big exercise wheel, a pet carrier, and many many more cage items. He is super friendly to people and will come to you for treats. He is not so friendly with other animals. I would prefer someone who has experience with rats and have no small children please. I am asking for a $150 rehoming fee including all supplies.
