two friendly dogs found!!

LOST DOGS found on Seneca St. These two friendly lost dogs came into my house just now. I was able to tie one up and the other is staying close. They are clearly brothers. They are very friendly and not barking at all. They are all trained and know how to sit for food. One has a collar, but thats the one I haven't been able to catch. Are these your dogs?
