Residential Property Management company looking to hire an additional FULL TIME maintenance tech/ handyman. The applicant must have plenty of maintenance experience in order to be considered for this position. In addition, the applicant should be able to handle related maintenance issues that could arise day to day in residential and multifamily properties. For instance, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, roof patching, wall furnace repairs and maintenance, etc. Experience with appliances would be a plus. You must have your own car/truck and ALL TOOLS necessary for the job. In addition to being experienced, you must be fluent in all possible trades that would be associated with day to day maintenance of residential / apartment properties. We are looking for a Handyman that is able to fix mostly any plumbing issue that can possibly arise. Advanced knowledge and many years of experience in both plumbing and various maintenance related tasks would be a big plus. You will be receiving work orders on your phone from the main office, and you will need to drive to different job locations, located in The Los Angeles area. You MUST speak English FLUENTLY and have a valid Driver's License. We will be making gas + mileage reimbursements to you as well. VALID CALIFORNIA DRIVERS LICENSE IS MANDATORY!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
