Looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech for a student property here in Lubbock, TX. Will need to have previous experience working on apartment style properties or related field. Job REQUIRES an EPA certification, and/or 3+ years HVAC experience. CPO experience a plus. I also have a position open for a Porter/GROUNDS person. Previous experience preferred but not required. BOTH openings are FULL TIME M-F. MT position is alternating emergency on-call schedule.
