Mark Guho Construction Company (MGC) is seeking a commercial construction superintendent with experience in onsite management of commercial construction projects. Qualifying applicants must obtain the following: • Universal knowledge of all field trades • Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications • Ability to read, adjust, and drive the project schedule • Good people & communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients • Team player that is willing to learn and teach new trades to in house crews • Ability to lead MGC crews in various self-performed trades • Committed to safety, host safety meetings, and provide onsite safety inspections • Monitor quality control and assurance in the workplace MGC is a Boise based general contractor & construction manager that has been in the construction trades for nearly 100 years, specializing in various commercial construction projects including a strong emphasis in medical construction.
