Handy Man needed Outdoor painting, landscaping, changing a door etc

Seeking 1-2 dependable handymen for several odd jobs. Outdoor painting (possibly indoor too) landscaping, changing a door. Possibly moving a few beds, and removing a stockade fence. If the person (people) can do siding and/or roofing that would be a plus but not required. This for our personal home and a house we run our small business out of. We are looking for 1-2 dependable people that do "piece" work or odd jobs. Not looking to hire a large company with a lot of overhead. Please reply with your hourly, daily rate or weekly rates. Otherwise, give an example of how you charge (such as "per job" example: ball park of $3,000 to paint a 3 BR Ranch) We are real and looking to hire help asap. Thanks for reading!
