Synergies3 Tec Services is searching for customer service oriented, knowledgeable, intelligent and ambitious technicians. The ideal candidate for this position should possess previous experience in Satellite Installation, Cable Installation, or some sort of networking knowledge. however no experienced is ok too!! The candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs., work outside in the elements, not mind getting dirty, and own a Truck, Van, or SUV, and Tools/Ladders. DirecTV Techs Wanted: Successful Candidates or trainees will possess the following skills and attributes: Self-Motivated Have the ability to work alone as well as in a team effort A strong work ethic Attention to detail Quick learner Good troubleshooting skills Be able to retain knowledge Excellent customer service skills A desire to put in a full day's work using both skill and efficiency Honesty and Integrity Safety MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK, MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT, AND URINALYSIS. (No felonies, Violent Misdemeanors, DUI's, and NO more than 3 Moving violations in the last 3 years) Responsibilities Include: Performing Installations from start to finish of DirecTV systems, troubleshooting, simple problem-solving skills and proper documentation of any and all paperwork. Good customer service skills and a willingness to exceed expectations could eventually lead into more professional opportunities. Some long-distance travel may be required.
