New construction. I have a beam that has been cut one feet too short by the builder who is not willing to replace/fix it. He said I need to get it replaced myself if I need it fixed further. So I need someone licensed and who knows what they are doing. Please see photo of the beam (14 feet instead of 15 feet) that needs replaced.
