We are looking to build a hardworking team of passionate individuals to create a magical holiday experience at this year’s first ever Cincinnati Lumaze. Being a member of our Event Staff is a versatile and crucial role in the success and safety of our event. We are looking for enthusiastic, team players to be a part of our seasonal holiday event. As Event Staff you will play a key role in this family fun experience. You will work under the instructions of a Zone Supervisor, assuming the roles and duties of that particular event zone. Some examples of the zone roles that need filled are : Ticket Takers Greeters Info Booth Hidden Presents Playground Attendant Ride Attendant This is a seasonal position with flexible schedule options. Some Event Staff positions may require being on your feet and attending to the many needs of event-goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels. Apply to be a part of the holiday fun and the new Cincinnati holiday attraction, Lumaze! Responsibilities: Greet guests as they come in and accommodate their needs in an efficient manner. Be able to handle guest’s issues with a calm and kind manner, and know when to call in a Zone Supervisor on issues. Explain the game cards to patrons and answer any questions people may have. Wanders the gardens taking photos for patrons, cleaning up any trash left in the wrong spots. Keeping an eye out for any issues and generally keeping the event running smoothly. Attending the playground areas, making sure kids don’t get out of hand or start playing in unsafe areas(i.e. climbing the outside of the structure). * ONSITE SAFETY MEASURES* If you are hired for this event you are required to follow the onsite safety protocols at all times (mask-wearing, washing/sanitizing hands, maintaining 6 feet separation whenever feasible, etc.)
