Handyman/Contractor for small business & rental properties

We are looking for a general handyman for a number of rental properties in the Providence, Central Falls, East providence, and Warwick area. We are a small women-owned business with tasks that could include: - Minor mechanical repairs - ex: repair sheetrock walls or ceilings through paint/finish - Light electrical work - ex: replace fixture or outlet - Light plumbing work - ex: plumb a sink or dishwasher, fix leaks, install an AC - Moving furniture and helping to stage rooms - Troubleshoot issues and communicate with other contractors if needed - Depot/supply/dump runs This is a part time to possible full time gig. Communicating availability is a must, as some of the work could be emergency repairs where tenants are in need. The individual needs to have: - Their own truck/van and valid drivers license - Typical tools for the jobs listed above - Prior experience in the work listed - The ability to be directed by women - The ability to delegate work and work with other team members Please respond to this ad with a bit about yourself and what kind of work you have been doing in the recent past.
