Are you an independent worker, with a strong work ethic that likes a challenge and variety? Are you looking for a chance to prove yourself and grow with a small company? If so, we are looking for you! We are in need of a house cleaner to add to our team for our very busy Air BNB rental properties in Colorado Springs! This position will not require you to work every day, but is "as needed" when guests check out from the homes to prepare the home for the next guest checking in. Our hours to get the homes clean are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the day of guest checkout. The homes vary in size, so total pay is based on the size of the house you're cleaning- but pay is $25 per hour. You get to decide which days you want to take off each week, and have the right to accept or decline any job. Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but isn't required- however a strong eye for detail, dependability, and high standards and work ethic are. This position will also require you to report any damages found while cleaning so that guests can be charged for reimbursement accordingly. This dynamic position allows you to work as much or as little as you like, and gives you the freedom to be able to focus on college classes, family or whatever your personal goals may be!
