Professional Management Company is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at an Upscale Apartment Community down at the University of Minnesota / Minneapolis. Qualified candidate must have general maintenance experience including, but not limited to: plumbing, electric, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC repairs, painting. Please do NOT apply for this position if you do not have the ability to handle ALL areas of Maintenance. Other requirements include: independent, self-motivated, efficient, “think company 1st and me 2nd”, respectful to other staff members / Resident(s), and organized with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include daily work orders, inventory control, apartment turnover, preventive maintenance, and general maintenance in apartments, common areas, amenities, and exterior grounds. Individual must have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced work environment.
