Because I rent rooms, Tacoma won't allow me to pull my own permits for home improvements. I'm perfectly capable of drilling holes, trenching and pulling wires. I need a licensed electrician to pull a permit (at my expense) and advise on the installation of several outdoor outlets. (Including one to an outbuilding.) And to be there for the inspection IF that is required. I'll pay your normal rate for your time. I just can't afford to have the whole project done.
