Need Tree Cut Down

I need to have this tree cut down. (It's too close to my house!) The trunk is about 12 inches and there is room to lay the whole tree down. You don't need to remove anything, just cut the trunk into about 10 pieces and we're good! 3 minutes to exit 102 and access is super easy. $100? How soon can you do it? Thanks!
