Old fashioned, conservative business owner seeking a skilled maintenance person with a great work ethic and ability to follow instructions. $20.00 per hour based on all-around experience, paid federal holidays and paid vacation after the first year. We would like a minimum of 2 years' experience in the following areas: Carpentry, light Plumbing, light Electrical, Flooring, Sheetrock, Painting, Furniture Assembly, and other various tasks. A driver’s license is required. A work van is provided if you have an insurable driving record. We have all types of rentals, mobile homes, apartments, townhomes, houses, and commercial. We need dependable, hardworking employees who can work with little to no supervision must be able to work alone, or with other techs.
