It seems to me that there's a huge need right now to just have a person to listen to you. I wonder if it would be beneficial to try to form a group and pair up for one-on-one listening? This wouldn't be with trained therapists (I'm not one), but just with people. My thought would be that one person would talk for a time and the other would listen, then the pair would reverse.
Would anyone be interested in trying this? It could be via a texting app, phone, or zoom, whatever seems to work the best (or in person, masked and outdoors).
