Small private campground staking out a quarter mile survey line through wooded and open area. Camp director will also be cutting a couple small downed trees and stacking the wood alongside the trail. Camp director finds himself coming up short on help on weekends due to the busy lifestyles of the regular employees. Needed: Up to two easygoing nature loving people with good volunteer spirit, one to hold onto and pull taught a survey string, another to hold T-stakes in place while they are driven into the ground. Pile some light wood. Camp is located in Northern MI near Mancelona (approx. 2 1/2hr drive North of GR). Transportation to and from jobsite provided. Return to GR same day. Hearty breakfast and dinner will be provided at the local greasy spoons. Great opportunity to get outside for anyone with a free day who loves the outdoors and would like to take a little drive. Near the beautiful Jordan Valley. Easy work, Fresh air, and Good FOOD! Job to be conducted on Saturday, Oct. 30 weather permitting. Rain day is Saturday, Nov. 6.
