Drive Force Group Inc is looking for a part-time on-call Drive Experience Associate to maintain our fleet of rental vehicles. We are looking for an individual who will represent exceptional service to our customers and guests. This is a great opportunity to work with cars and grow with a company. Responsibilities: • Must be willing to work with little to no supervision. • Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive safely and within the limits of the law. • Shuttling customers to and from our office to airports, hotels, guests' homes, and/or designated pickup locations. • Maintain service schedules of vehicles, coordinate with local shops to arrange service and payment. • Ensure vehicles are properly washed and cleaned inside and out before and after any trip and maintain at a minimum of one car wash a week per vehicle. • Thoroughly inspects each vehicle pre-trip and post-trips to document any blemishes or damages that may have occurred during a rental on the vehicle. • Take approximately 100+ photos of each vehicle per trip. • Follows all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager • Greet and assist customers dropping or picking off vehicles for rentals. • Other duties may be assigned by management. • Maintain appearance of office space, ensuring the cleanliness of service. • Maintain scheduled delivery time and maintain a positive customer rating. Qualifications: • Driver's License required with a clean record • A positive attitude with excellent communications skills/professional demeanor • Flexible schedule required
