Project Manager National First Response Corp is a Tempe, AZ based Company, with offices around the Country. We specialize in restoring buildings, both commercial and residential, that have been damaged by fire, water, flood and storm. We currently have an opening for a Project Manager. Job Description • Solid experience and knowledge of estimating losses with Xactimate software • Project Manager experience in mitigation with insurance losses • Coordinate with adjuster and/or agents on all estimates and follow through till job is complete • The ability to help sell the company disaster restoration services • Report directly to the Regional and General Managers • Full time – Previous management experience required • Project manager must be able to set budgets on jobs and schedule sub contractors and technicians in an effective, efficient and economic plan • Work closely with other Project Managers, Project Coordinators, General Managers and Regional Manager on job details and estimates • Majority of working time will be outside the office examing jobs and visiting prospects and clients affected by disaster – extended travel time • Work with Regional Manager to effectively utilize all sources for leads • Respond after hours and on weekends as needed Qualifications • Structural experience and use of Xactimate software required • High Energy • Team player • Computer literate – MS Word, Excel, PDF • 'Can do' attitude and be willing to 'do what it takes' • Willingness to travel extended periods • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • High School Diploma or equivelant
