NEEDED IMMEDIATELY Person with a boat---the bigger the better however anything over 18' and a 90 hp will do the job. No experience needed, I will do all that is required. We will be attaching a 100' rope to a boat and towing it from Bay St Louis, MS to Rigolets Marina located at the enterance to Lake Ponchatrain and Hwy 90. The Rigolets marina is south of both bridges so will not have to deal with that. The average speed will be about 2 knots "very slow" and we will choose a day where the weather and tides are in our favor.
