Hello, we are looking to hire someone full time for slaughter house help. We need someone to work 6 days a week from 9am till 7pm. Some days will be longer and some will be shorter. Please don’t take this job offer if your looking for an easy job. This job isn’t for everyone. We need someone that’s experienced or willing to learn. We need someone that does not have a weak stomach. You will have to handle skinning out the animal, gutting the animal, and cleaning the intestines and stomach of the animal. We have someone that can train you from start to finish. You will be paid daily and will be paid cash. We figure the pay by how many animals you do each day and the total amount is divided amongst all the workers in the plant evenly. We will make sure that you are paid at least $100 a day if the pay does not add up to at least $100. After each day of work, the plant has to be cleaned and disinfected before you leave. The first week or two when you start will be training and you will be paid only the $100 a day but soon as we see that you are keeping up and doing an even amount of work as the other butchers, you will be added to the actual pay they get each day and tips.
