Brick cleaning needed

Hi I have a 33x33 house with brick on the first level. About the first foot below the upper siding has white paint residue from years of running down. It's just the sides and back front looks good. One side it ran down a bit more than the others (pictured.) Looking to have this white residue removed so that the bricks are red again. If this is something you can do please tell me a little about how you would go about doing this and your charge to do so. Thank you!
